Privacy Policy

Effective September 14, 2026

AI Advanced Gen (“we”, “us”) builds websites, AI agents, and automation for businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to this website and to how we handle inquiries and client information. We are based in Ontario, Canada, and work with clients in Canada and the United States.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect:

  • your name and email address;
  • your type of business and, if you choose to share it, your budget range;
  • the message you write to us.

If you email us, book a call, or become a client, we also keep the information you share in those conversations, such as project details, contact information for your team, and billing details.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the site, protect it from abuse (for example, limiting repeated form submissions), and fix problems. These logs are kept only for a short period.

We use a privacy-friendly analytics service to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. It records general information such as the page viewed, the website that referred you, your country, and your device and browser type. It does not use cookies and is designed not to identify individual visitors.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks, and this website does not set cookies.

2. How we use your information

  • to reply to your inquiry and send you an automatic confirmation that we received it;
  • to follow up about your project, schedule calls, and prepare quotes;
  • to deliver our services, manage our client relationship, and invoice you if you become a client;
  • to keep our website and systems secure and working properly;
  • to understand, in aggregate, how our website is used so we can improve it;
  • to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing or advertising.

3. Consent

By submitting our contact form, you agree that we may use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and follow up about it. We will not add you to a newsletter or send you marketing emails unless you separately and clearly agree to receive them. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; if you do, we will stop contacting you, subject to any information we must keep by law.

4. Who we share information with

We use a small number of service providers to run our business. They handle personal information to provide their services to us, in these categories:

  • Website hosting — to run this website and receive contact form submissions.
  • Email and cloud storage — to send and receive email and keep secure backups.
  • Server hosting — to run the private system we use to manage inquiries and client records.
  • Website analytics — to measure visits in aggregate, as described above.
  • AI service providers — to power internal tools that help us look up and update our records, which may process inquiry details when we use them.

We share only what each provider needs to do its job for us. We don’t publish the specific vendors we use for security reasons, but you can ask us for a list at any time.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale, merger, or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

5. Where your information is stored

Our website, email, records system, and backups are operated by providers located primarily in the United States. If you are in Canada, this means your information is stored and processed outside Canada, and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities in those countries under their laws.

6. How long we keep it

  • Inquiries that don’t become projects: we delete them within 24 months of our last contact with you.
  • Clients: we keep information for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes (in Canada, generally up to six years).
  • Backups: deleted information can remain in our backups for up to 35 days before those backups are automatically removed.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see section 8.

7. How we protect it

All connections to our website and systems are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to client records is limited to our founders and protected by passwords and access controls, and we keep regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you and the appropriate authorities if a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, as required by law.

8. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to our use of it. Email aiadvancedgen@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Canada

We handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Residents of Quebec can also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

United States

Depending on your state (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, or Oregon), you may have rights under state privacy laws. We extend the access, correction, and deletion rights above to all U.S. residents. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you can reply to our decision to appeal it.

9. Emails from us

When you contact us, we send an automatic confirmation and then reply about your inquiry. These are messages you asked for, not marketing. If we ever send marketing emails, it will only be with your consent, each one will identify us, and each will include an easy way to unsubscribe. To stop any emails from us, reply and tell us.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If we make significant changes, we will take reasonable steps to let affected clients know.
